Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Service refers to Calendox, your intelligent calendar assistant that helps you manage time, schedule meetings, and stay organized with AI-powered insights.
- Subscription means the recurring payment plan you choose to access our Service, including but not limited to monthly and annual plans.
- Refund means the return of payment made for our Service, either in full or in part, as determined by this policy.
- Billing Period means the time period for which you have paid for access to our Service (e.g., monthly or annually).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Refund Eligibility
General Refund Terms
We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service as intended, and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours of your report
- Duplicate charges due to billing system errors on our part
- Unauthorized charges made to your account without your consent
- Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period
- If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used the Service extensively
Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after using the Service for more than 14 days
- Failure to use the Service due to user error or lack of understanding
- Compatibility issues with third-party calendar providers that are outside our control
- Temporary service interruptions lasting less than 24 hours
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Partial usage of the Service during the billing period
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

Refund Review Process
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of submission.
We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the review process.
You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
Refund Amounts and Calculations
Full Refunds
Full refunds may be provided for:
- Technical issues that prevent Service usage within 48 hours of report
- Unauthorized charges
- Duplicate charges due to billing errors
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase with minimal usage
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be calculated based on:
- The remaining unused portion of your billing period
- The extent of technical issues and their impact on Service usage
- The duration of service outages during your billing period
Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of your subscription period.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will be charged for the next billing period unless you cancel your subscription.
We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews.
Dispute Resolution
Dispute Process
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by our management team.
Please provide additional documentation or evidence to support your case.
Management review decisions are final and binding.
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
We will work with you and your payment provider to resolve the dispute.
Frequent chargebacks may result in account termination.
