Connect a Google Calendar
How to connect your Google account and import calendars into Calendox.
Prerequisites
- A Calendox account (any plan, including free)
- A Google account with Google Calendar enabled
Steps
1. Open the Accounts page
Sign in to Calendox and navigate to Dashboard → Accounts.

2. Click "Connect Google"
Click the Google Calendar card. A Google OAuth consent screen will open in a popup window.
3. Authorize Calendox
Review the permissions Calendox is requesting and click Allow. Calendox requests read and write access to your calendars so it can sync events. See OAuth permissions for the full list of scopes.
4. Select calendars to import
After authorization, Calendox shows a list of calendars in your Google account. Select the ones you want to use in syncs, then click Import.
5. Confirm
Your imported calendars appear under your Google account on the Accounts page. They are now available as source or target calendars in any sync.

Reconnecting
Calendox refreshes your Google access token automatically in the background, so most users never need to do anything. If Google access is revoked (for example, you removed Calendox's access from your Google account, or changed your password), Calendox can no longer read or write that calendar and any syncs using it will start failing. To fix this, go to Dashboard → Accounts and repeat the Connect Google flow for that account — re-authorizing refreshes the stored access.
Removing a Google account
Go to Dashboard → Accounts, find the Google account, and remove it. A calendar that is currently part of an active sync cannot be removed directly — disable or delete the sync first, then remove the calendar.
