What is Calendox?

Calendox keeps Google and Outlook calendars in sync in real time, shows them in one unified view, and lets people book time with you via booking pages.

Calendox is a calendar sync platform for Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. It mirrors events between your calendars in real time — one-way or in both directions, across providers — and builds on those connected calendars with a unified calendar view and public booking pages people can use to book time with you.

If your work life is split across accounts — a Microsoft 365 calendar at work, a Gmail calendar at home, a second Google account for a side project — Calendox makes them behave like one calendar: blockers appear everywhere, double-bookings stop, and your availability is accurate wherever anyone looks.

Core concepts

Connected account — a Google or Microsoft account you've authorized Calendox to access. You can connect several accounts from either provider, side by side.

Imported calendar — an individual calendar you've chosen to bring into Calendox from a connected account. Each imported calendar counts as one calendar connection against your plan; connecting the account itself doesn't. A calendar can exist in Calendox only once at a time — across all accounts — which is part of what makes loop-free syncing possible.

Sync — a rule that keeps calendars in step. A one-way sync copies events from one source calendar into one or more targets; a multi-way sync keeps two or more calendars mutually identical. Changes propagate in seconds via provider push notifications — no polling. Each calendar can belong to only one sync.

Unified Calendar — a single view showing events from all your imported calendars together, with per-calendar filtering and search. See What is the Unified Calendar?. It's included on every paid plan and during the trial; Enterprise accounts use the tenant dashboard instead.

Booking page — a public scheduling page where anyone can book time with you. Availability is computed live across all your connected calendars from both providers, and each confirmed booking becomes a real event on a calendar you choose. See What is Bookings?.

What happens in your first 10 minutes?

  1. Sign up — Calendox is passwordless: sign in with a magic link or your Google or Microsoft account, then answer a short onboarding questionnaire. Your 14-day trial starts immediately.
  2. Connect Google Calendar or Connect Microsoft Calendar — authorize the account on the provider's own consent screen.
  3. Import calendars — right after connecting, Calendox lists the account's calendars and you pick which ones to import.
  4. Create your first sync — choose one-way or multi-way, select calendars, and submit. The initial copy runs right away, and from then on changes flow automatically.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial runs at Premium-level limits: up to 25 calendar connections, 25 active syncs, and unlimited booking pages.

The trial is one per email address, and that record survives account deletion — deleting and re-creating an account doesn't grant a second trial. When the trial ends, your account is left without calendar connections or syncs until you subscribe. See Plans and billing or pricing.

What does Calendox not do?

  • Store your event content. Event titles, descriptions, and locations are never written to the Calendox database — they're read live from Google or Microsoft when displayed, and sync state is tracked with identifiers and a one-way content fingerprint. See How Calendox Protects Your Data.
  • Send event invitations itself. Attendee invitations for synced or booked events are delivered by your calendar provider (Google or Microsoft), exactly as if you'd created the event there.
  • Sync other calendar services. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (personal and Microsoft 365) are the supported providers; other calendar services are not currently supported.
