Using the Unified Calendar
Views, filters, and event management in Calendox's Unified Calendar.
The Unified Calendar (Dashboard → Unified Calendar) shows events from all your connected calendars in one place. It's not available on the Basic plan, and Enterprise accounts don't have it at all — Enterprise tenants are managed from the tenant dashboard instead.
Views
Switch between Agenda, Day, Week, Month, and Year views from the toolbar tabs.
Filters
The toolbar lets you narrow down what's shown:
- Search — matches event title, description, location, and meeting link.
- Event type — Personal, Work, Focus, or Travel.
- Calendars — show or hide events from specific connected calendars, with a badge indicating each calendar's sync status.
There's no filter by team member in the current UI.
Creating and editing events
Click Add Event (or click a time slot) to open the event form. Available fields:
- Title and Description
- Calendar — which connected calendar the event is saved to
- Start / end time, with a timezone picker
- All-day toggle
- Repeat toggle, with recurrence options: Daily, Weekly, Absolute Monthly, Relative Monthly, Absolute Yearly, or Relative Yearly
- Event type — Personal, Work, Focus, or Travel
- Participants — a list of attendee email addresses
- Meeting provider — None, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, depending on which are connected (see Integrations)
Saving the form writes the event back to the underlying Google or Microsoft calendar through Calendox.
Event color follows the connected calendar's color (set when you imported it) — there's no separate per-event color picker.
Event badges
Events show a small icon for their source provider (Google or Microsoft) and a recurrence icon if they're part of a repeating series. Events long enough to show extra detail also display their calendar's label.
