Bookings

Booking Pages

Create a booking page and share your availability with a single scheduling link — Calendox checks free/busy time across your connected Google and Outlook calendars (all of them by default, or only the ones you choose), and each confirmed booking lands as a real event on the calendar you choose.

How it works

How Bookings Works

From booking page to booked meeting in three steps

01

Create Your Booking Page

Name your page, set meeting durations and your weekly availability, and choose the destination calendar bookings should land on.

02

Share Your Link

Send your booking link, print the QR code, or embed the page on your website — anyone can book without a Calendox account.

03

Bookings Land on Your Calendar

Each confirmed booking becomes a real event on your chosen calendar with the booker invited, and the slot immediately stops being offered to anyone else.

FAQ

Bookings Questions

Everything you need to know.

Which plans include Bookings?

The Basic plan includes 2 booking pages; Standard and Premium include unlimited booking pages, and Premium also removes the Calendox branding from your public pages. The 14-day trial gives full access with unlimited pages. Bookings requires at least one connected, writable calendar — connecting calendars requires an active trial or subscription. Fair-use limits apply to unlimited plans to prevent abuse.

Do people booking time with me need a Calendox account?

No. Anyone with your booking link can book a slot — they just pick a time and fill in their details. No signup, no account, no app to install.

What can visitors see on my booking page?

Only your open slots. Availability is shown as free/busy — event titles, attendees, and any other calendar contents are never exposed, and availability is computed on our servers, never in the visitor's browser.

Which meeting links can Calendox add to bookings?

Google Meet (including on personal Gmail accounts), Microsoft Teams (work or school Microsoft accounts), and Zoom — with optional use of your Personal Meeting ID. You can also set a phone number, physical address, or custom URL as the location; phone numbers are revealed to the booker only after they book.

Can bookers reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes. Every confirmation email includes a private manage link where the booker can reschedule or cancel with an optional reason. Rescheduling updates the existing calendar event and meeting link in place — nothing is deleted and recreated.

How do I control when people can book time with me?

Set a weekly schedule with multiple time windows per day, add date-specific overrides, require buffers before and after meetings, set a minimum notice period and a rolling booking window, and cap how many bookings you accept per day and per week. You can also require your approval before any booking is confirmed.
