Do individual users need to create a Calendox account?

No. A tenant administrator grants admin consent once for each connected tenant. The people whose calendars you import don't need to sign in, create accounts, or configure anything themselves.

Which organizations does Enterprise Sync support?

Enterprise Sync works between Microsoft 365 and Office 365 tenants, so you need at least two: your own and a partner, contractor or subsidiary tenant. The account you sign up and grant consent with must be a tenant administrator with a licensed mailbox. Google Workspace has no tenant-wide equivalent — individual Google calendars can be synced on a Personal or Business account instead.

What does the admin consent grant access to?

The tenant-wide consent grants Calendox read and write access to the calendars of users in that tenant, plus read access to its user directory so you can choose whose calendars to import. It grants no access to email or files, and no passwords are stored.

How does bulk calendar import work?

Paste a comma-separated list of the email addresses whose calendars you want to import, or add them one at a time. The guided sync wizard then pairs them — automatically, manually, or from a CSV — and creates every sync in a single operation, with no action from the users themselves.

Do I have to sync every user in the tenant?

No. You choose exactly which user calendars to import and configure sync assignments per calendar. You can start with a subset of users and expand at any time from the admin dashboard.

How do I handle new hires or departures?

Add a new hire's calendar directly from the admin dashboard without any action from them. For departures, delete the syncs that include their calendar, then remove the calendar from the tenant, which frees a secondary-tenant calendar's seat — everything is managed centrally with no per-user involvement.

Can I purchase Calendox through the Microsoft Marketplace?

Yes. Calendox is available on Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource), so your organization can subscribe through its existing Microsoft billing relationship. You can also purchase directly from Calendox.
