Microsoft Calendar Sync
for Personal & Enterprise
Connect your personal Outlook or work Microsoft 365 account and keep your calendars in sync automatically. With an Enterprise account, each Microsoft 365 tenant's admin approves Calendox once, and calendars sync between your tenant and partner or contractor tenants with no per-user sign-in.

Microsoft notifies Calendox the moment an event changes
Real-Time Sync
When you add or change an event in Outlook, Microsoft immediately notifies Calendox — no waiting, no background polling. Changes propagate to your connected calendars in seconds. Calendox also keeps this connection live automatically in the background, so your sync stays active without any manual intervention.

Personal & Microsoft 365 Accounts
Whether you use a personal Outlook.com address or a work Microsoft 365 account, Calendox handles both. Personal accounts connect with a simple sign-in — no IT admin needed. Microsoft 365 work and school accounts also get native Teams meeting links on their events. You can import any calendar in your own mailbox that you can edit; calendars owned by another mailbox, such as a shared mailbox or a group calendar, can't be synced from your account. An Enterprise account syncs calendars between Microsoft 365 tenants: each tenant's admin approves Calendox once, calendars are imported centrally, and the people whose calendars are imported never sign in.

Microsoft Teams Meeting Detection
If an Outlook event has a Teams meeting attached and your sync includes the Meeting field, Calendox copies the join link into the description of the synced event. On Google Calendar or another Outlook account, the link is right there in the event details, so you can click straight into the meeting — no copy-pasting, no separate invites.
